Using the Support

To collect data using the Support.exe utility, perform the following:



Launch the Support.exe utility (see the section Launching and Closing the Utility).

Select check boxes as necessary to collect information about the system (1).



Note



Selecting the Allow collection of OS security log option enables

information on the Windows security system to be included in the report

generated by the utility



Click the Next button (2).
